Help us strengthen support for Arizona’s service members, veterans and their families.

Across Arizona, an entire network of organizations and community members works every day to support service members, veterans, and their families. The Arizona Coalition for Military Families (ACMF) helps bring those efforts together by aligning partners, strengthening coordination, and building the infrastructure that allows suicide prevention and support systems to work at scale.

Our work sits at the intersection of family, employment, housing, healthcare, community, government, and military and veteran systems. ACMF leads the statewide Be Connected initiative, which provides coordinated support and resource navigation for service members, veterans, and their families through the ConnectVeterans.org platform and the statewide Be Connected support line, 866-4AZ-VETS. Working alongside government partners, employers, community organizations, and volunteer community members to strengthen the support infrastructure in the state and long-term promote well-being for the military and veteran community across the Social Determinants of Health.

How We Work

Our work often requires bringing together organizations that operate in different sectors and systems. Progress depends on collaboration, careful listening, and the ability to translate insights from communities into practical action.
